As an SME with a very restricted budget for IT we have been delighted with the service and support we have received from Dansam Computers. Prior to engaging Dansam, our IT network was problematic and unsuitable for our business which resulted in endless problems, loss of time and loss of revenue. After an initial business diagnostic, which was free and without obligation, our IT systems were streamlined so that they became more efficient, and most of this was done with existing software and did not require expensive reinvestment. The results were immediately beneficial and also facilitated the development of our Company Website. Now, on the rare occasion we do have any problems with our e-mail or IT systems, all we do is phone Dansam and most of the time the problem can be resolved by dialing in remotely, which again is better for our business as its less intrusive and disruptive

We have dealt with Chris Halloran and Dansam Computers for over 3 years now and are extremely satisfied with the support we have received. Whenever we have had a problem they have been quick to respond whether that was a failure of a PC, backups not working or network issues in our office. Many times they use remote access to our system to resolve the problems and we are aware that sometimes this takes place outside normal office hours. They have undertaken research for us on new software eg off site backups being a case in point. All this is carried out in a friendly and pleasant manner.”
